Detailed color rendered planting plan include both color and black & white landscape plan, itemized plant list with suggested sizes, color plant packet, and one revision. The plants are labeled with common names and you will be able to see the colors of the blooms and foliage of the plants. The plant packet will also help you better understand the plant profiles without visiting a nursey.

Virtual 3-D rendering of your property transforming your visions into a reality. This option truly helps you see the finished product, before we ever break ground, allowing you to comfortably make as many changes as needed until we arrive at the landscape of your dreams.

What Is The Next Step?
Initial Consultation & Site Survey
An on-site consultation allows us to discuss your vision, and goals for your outdoor living space. We listen to your desires and share our experienced opinion to your project. In addition, we approach every landscape design as a blank slate to unleash the potential of your unique site. On top of that, we go over any budgetary goals and expectations for the finished project. During the initial consultation we analyze the site, take any necessary grades, measurements, and elevations. Every site is unique so we will also take note of the surrounding environment, drainage, site amenities and constraints.
Concept Development
As soon as the consultation is over we will get hard at work combine information from the consultation and site plan and create create various concepts for your review. Once ready, we will then schedule a concept review meeting and look at these exciting new concepts. We will explain all options, approximate costs, get feedback, and make more revisions as needed.
Design Development
Once on the right track, we will start designing your new outdoor living space, creating a beautiful 3-D representation of the finished product. We will be able to give you a walk-through during all four seasons, so you can see the project with the changes in color. After a final plan is approved we can move forward with installation whenever you are ready.
Permitting & Installation
With final design and approved costs we can begin the process of submitting necessary documents for city approval and break ground on turning your dream into a reality! My favorite part of the job is seeing the transformation unfold, and the finished product come to life. Throughout the building process we will be available to answer any questions and walk you through the process to ensure work continues smoothly through completion.
